At Times I Sense The Butterfly
At times I sense the butterfly
Breathing, arising in me
Lifting, flying so high
Gloriously free
Then no apparent warning
Plunging
Plummeted
Earthbound
Caterpillar like, I plod
Grounded
Existence
My daily chore

Wonderously, to begin again
Mystical fluttering ascent
Ancient evolutionary soul call
Beckoning me forth once more~
